Stop the Ceremony

Go to the giant statue in the center of Faded Splendor. Find the [117958|Black Market Merchant] and bring back the [117867|Cursed Pot].

I tried to persuade them, but it's like they're in a trance...They keep saying: "That pot holds the secret to the Queen's wealth...We must summon the ancient magic" and other strange things. They don't listen to a word that I say. In the end they locked me up here...The curious thing is that there is a mage amongst them who doesn't seem to have been affected by this strange trance...

They've already set out to conduct some kind of strange ceremony. I must say that that pot makes me really uncomfortable. If it really can summon something, I don't dare imagine what it could be. They went to the giant statue in the center of Faded Splendor. Go and stop them. I am going to rest for a while and then return to the camp to report to [117831|Habsig].

What's going on? [118121|Habsig] is wounded...It's terrible! What exactly is that [105479|Eccentric Mage]?

All I believe is that if there really is a road to wealth, you have to pay the price to take it. I just need to rest for a bit. Go and chase them. I can't face another disaster.
