Lifting the Vitality Spell
Go through the [RESTLESS_SONS|Inexorable League's] various camps on [ZONE_TUSKE_ISLAND|Tasuq]. Find out where [105775|Mazzren's Ghost] is hiding and eliminate him.
We received information from the [WISDOM_EYE|Eye of Wisdom] in the meantime. Now we know how to solve the problem.
Let me explain a couple of things first. Lifting the Vitality Spell is relatively simple. You simply need to kill the person who was used as the <CY>key</CY>. Then the spell's effects disappear immediately!
Whoever the key is, they're doubtless extremely powerful and very difficult to kill. Otherwise there'd be almost no point to using the spell. That's why I think the key is the leader, Mazzren himself. And yet since Mazzren has already been defeated, it's strange that the spell is still in effect. That's the part I simply don't understand.
The only explanation that comes to mind is that in becoming <CY>Forsaken</CY> through the power of the <CY>Soulless Ones</CY>, Mazzren lost a part of his soul. That's the only possible explanation for how the Vitality Spell can still be in effect.
I've created a [243300|Soul Compass] especially for this purpose and set it up with Mazzren's information. Take the compass and visit all the different [RESTLESS_SONS|Inexorable League] camps on [ZONE_TUSKE_ISLAND|Tasuq]. Find out where [105775|Mazzren's Ghost] is hiding. Once you've eliminated him, the block on the transport portal should disappear.
Very good. We really did good work there.
[124252|Arlya] informed us that the transportation block that was placed on the island has been removed. So my theory was right after all. It was proof enough that you found [105775|Mazzren's Ghost].
But that's not important now. The most important thing is that we continue. Onward!
You should be able to pick up the traces of [105775|Mazzren's Ghost] with the [243300|Soul Compass]. Use the compass in the vicinity of the various [RESTLESS_SONS|Inexorable League] camps. Once you've found and eliminated him, we should be able to lift the Vitality Spell. In theory at least...
