Learn from Wood

[110415|Lubert Cudder], am expert wood cutting instructor in [ZONE_VARANAS|Varanas] wants you to collect [201765|Pine Lumber], [201766|Holly Lumber] and [201767|Yew Lumber], 3 blocks for each.

I am [110415|Lubert Cudder]. I can teach you the knowledge of woodcutting, but you must pass my test first.

The test is very simple. It's really just selecting the right wood. I want you to collect pine, holly and yew. After cutting them, pick out the best lumber, namely the [201765|Pine Lumber], [201766|Holly Lumber] and [201767|Yew Lumber]. I need you to collect 3 of each for me.

To sum up, just go and find some wood, and show me how capable you are.

That is right! This is what I wanted. I can tell just by smelling them. Congratulations! You have passed the test.

I don't know what you have learned from this test, but I hope you can learn something from woodcutting in the future. Believe it or not, trees are living things, and many live longer than most humans do. There is quite a lot you can learn from them. It just depends on whether or not you know how to learn.

Don't think woodcutting just involves collecting. If you did, no matter what titles you may earn, you will just be an ordinary woodcutter.

Do you think wood is all the same? Indeed, they are not!
A good carpenter will listen to the wood so that he can find the most suitable material for whatever it is he wants to make. It's the same case with finding the wood in the first place. If we investigate the insides of the trees with our eyes, nose and ears, we will know whether the wood would make good material or not.
