After the Blackhorns defeated [ZONE_KHANT|Khant], they moved their main force of elite troops down into [ZONE_BORSBURS|Pasper's Shrine]. They were too careless! Are they thinking the remaining scattered soldiers would be able to stop us? It's time to teach them a lesson. However, before we send in our raid force, I need to reduce their guards in the surrounding areas.
