Rose's Methods

[111082|Rose] hopes that you can "persuade" [111083|Fuquash] to talk with the Kobolds.

Did [111083|Fuquash] make a decision without approval?
However, it's not easy for me to act against his position...If you went, maybe you'd be able to reach a different kind of balance.
My stance is this, it would be advantageous if we didn't have to battle with the Kobolds anymore. In the end, the cost of money and men required for battle is a heavy one to bear.
Can you persuade [111083|Fuquash]? I must remind you, peaceful persuasion is of no use...

Excellent! I knew you could take care of this tough problem!
From this day forth, we needn't lose more blood in vain! This is all due to your great contribution!
I will conduct a meeting with [100893|Phant] as soon as possible. I can see a bright future for both our races!

It's troublesome for someone in my position to solve this problem, therefore I can only entrust the task to you.
