Fooling the Nose

Go to the gnolls' camp to the northeast and dig up some [<S>111197|Bulging Mounds]. Collect 15 handfuls of [<S>202396|Gnoll Excrement], and bring them back to [111194|Locota], the commander of the [111194|Locota] mercenaries.

We are not as strong as you. If we want to get close, we have to be quiet... be very quiet...

But we happened to find something that can deceive the gnolls' sense of smell - their [<S>202396|Excrement]!

They all cover their excrement with soil. So if you see any [<S>111197|Bulging Mounds], you can find the excrement underneath!

Hm... I thought they would all be dry. I never thought that some of the excrement is still... (sniff) ...fresh...

It should all be dry, and not as disgusting as you'd imagine...
