Go to the [ZONE_GENESIS|Genesis] and give [118567|Ghost Helmsman Charlie] the [201551|Consul's Letter of Reference].

The path to the [ZONE_GENESIS|Genesis] leads directly through the area controlled by the <CY>[SC_PIRATE_FRANK|Franko Pirates]</CY>. Keep that Letter of Reference with you, I'll feel a lot safer knowing you have that.

Once you're ready, we should set off. Don't forget, we have to find that last component before [123024|Paga] does.

([118567|Ghost Helmsman Charlie] takes the Letter of Reference, but doesn't open it immediately.)

I see [122870|Consul Keith's] emblem on the seal. I see.

[122870|Consul Keith] would like to thank you, and so has agreed to your conducting investigations here amongst us.

If that's the case, then let me speak for him for the time being... should you need anything, come and talk to me. I'll do my best to make sure you get everything you need.

Do you want something? If not, get out of here as quickly as you can.
