Obtain 8 [<S>203668|Deadly Poison Powder] from inside [101562|Deadland Sand Scorpion Pupa], then go back and find [112127|Treacherous Masheg].

The second component we need is a type of [203668|Deadly Poison Powder] produced by the [<S>101563|Female Sand Scorpion Larvae].

Before Sand Scorpion Larvae turn into [<S>100328|Deadland Sand Scorpions] they produce a kind of [203668|Deadly Poison Powder] and wrap themselves up inside a pupa. Go and find [101562|Deadland Sand Scorpion Pupa] by the [ZONE_SANDSCORPION PLAINS|Sand Scorpion Plains] and break open the pupa. If you're lucky it will be empty and you can take the remaining [203668|Deadly Poison Powder].

If you're unlucky it will contain a Sand Scorpion Larva that has not yet grown to its fullest. You'd better hope it's a female because then at least you'll still be able to get some [203668|Deadly Poison Powder] off it.
