Defensive Preparation

Help [112212|Big Dennis] of [ZONE_JILTED TOWN|Ghost Town] collect 10 [<S>203709|Essences of Wasteland Skipper].

Thank you for telling me about the Shadowmoon Pirates... and for bringing the medicine. But how can we defend against the Shadowmoon Pirates... ?
...

Yes! Phase... Phase Shift... Phase Shift magic! I remember Teacher left behind a device that could transform things to another phase! If we use that we needn't fear attack!

Ah! The device's energy... let me check... uh... it needs magic energy. In that case... I remember before Teacher had someone gather [<S>203709|Essences of Wasteland Skipper] to use as an energy source...

I'm sorry... Can you help me? I need 10 or so [<S>203709|Essences of Wasteland Skipper], but there's still a lot to prepare... so... uh... can you help me?

[<S>100329|Wasteland Skippers]... they've all appeared near [ZONE_THRONE OF THE WIND|Throne of the Wind]...

...

Thank you for collecting these... really thanks a lot!

But it doesn't matter anymore... the black... [101607|Black Swordsman] will appear and help us! No... I mean...

[101607|Black Swordsman] will find the Shadowmoon Pirates and resolve this situation! Yes! He has already challenged them! He will defeat them! Yes! Definitely defeat them! No problem!

It wasn't until after I joined the research team that I learned [100329|Wasteland Skipper's] name... Grandfather said that thing was the soul of a good man, and once it had found the identity of the master of the throne of the wind element, would become wind element...

But Teacher says that's all created by the wind element's energy...
