The basic tactic is to poison the Naga's stock. Even if they do not eat the poisoned stock, their energy will be weakened from hunger.

However, normal poisons will be ineffective as the Naga already have venom in their bodies. Maybe [205241|Snakebite Antidote] is their poison, but I have never tested it, which is the reason why I cannot guarantee it.
