Mud Lord's Slobbery Beard

Find [<S>102249|Mud Lords] in the southern region of the river, pull off one of their [<S>205636|Beards] and give it to [113221|Goldie].

A [205636|Mud Lord's Saliva-Covered Beard], that doesn't sound well?

I think so too. But you should consider carefully...the [205654|Miraculous Transformation Mud] is a bit unusual. And the materials needed are of a rare quality, right?

I promise that telling you to go touch a slobbery beard has nothing to do with my displeasure of the fact that you are holding me captive in this way...the idea comes from the [<S>102249|Mud Lords], not me...

Believe me, one of my favorite virtues is the fact that I don't lie. Just as I wouldn't compliment your appearance simply to make you feel good about yourself, I also wouldn't tell you to go do something that's useless.

Getting the beard is very simple – just pluck it out. He's so clumsy and awkward, it should be easy. If you have any difficulties with just taking what you need, you should be able to deal with it. You don't have to ask me how to do everything. You're all grown up – you should be able to manage on your own.

[205636|Mud Lord's Saliva-Covered Beard]...um...this is not an average type of stink...

What does he usually eat? It's probably not all stuff that hasn't been washed...

You still haven't gotten the [205636|Mud Lord's Saliva-Covered Beard]? I'm waiting for you to get those three materials so we can make the [205654|Miraculous Transformation Mud] and I can go free.

Or do you mean to ask me where the [<S>102249|Mud Lords] are? Aren't you supposed to be an adventurer?
Oh, so I guess that, since you aren't as naturally amazing as I am, you can't rely on your own abilities to find him, right?

Go to the southern river region. The very cumbersome [<S>102249|Mud Lords] likes looking for food there.
