Strange Woman's Potion

[115444|Morrok Wallinder] wants you to take the [207298|Potion] to [115449|Belle Allen] in [ZONE_KAIYA_VILLAGE|Kandor] and ask her about the Hand of Truth.

I never thought the Guardian would be called by [115375|Karebas'] name...

Long before the Great Banishment, [115375|Karebas] was an envoy of the dragons. He rid the world of evil dragons, and contributed to the balance of elemental and runic powers in the world.

He was a hero to humans and the most reliable emissary of the dragons. This was unusual among dragons, as they do not easily accept other creatures...

Stop! Now is not the time to talk about the first dragon envoy. Just now beside the lake I saw a woman called [115449|Belle Allen]. I'm afraid she's the stranger the villagers mentioned. She was using magic and a strange energy to refine something.

Unfortunately, when I went over the question her, a murky energy washed over me. At the same time another elemental power was drawing near, and I missed the opportunity.

I need to find out where that elemental power is coming from. You should take this bottle of [207298|Potion] [115449|Belle Allen] forgot back to her, and take the opportunity to ask her for information about the Hand of Truth.

Oh, you found the [207298|Potion]...it's a good thing you're here. I'm so careless...

What's wrong? You want to ask me something?

So annoying...why can't I find it...
