The Stubborn Mayor of Kandor

After meeting with [115108|Toni], complete [115454|Markuehl Teuton's] request, and persuade Mayor [115101|Animon Bana] not to question the villagers who fled from [ZONE_WARNORKEN_FORT|Warnorken Castle] to [ZONE_KAIYA_VILLAGE|Kandor].

Mayor [115101|Animon Bana] and us have always disagreed about how to treat the villagers. He sides more with the xenophobic villagers.

I have a presumptuous request. I hope that you, as an impartial adventurer, can persuade the mayor to change his mind about questioning the villagers. He definitely won't listen to me.

Please, I don't want to see [ZONE_KAIYA_VILLAGE|Kandor] divided!

While I can't help you with the disappearances, I can give you a [207312|Missing Persons List]. Please go see [115101|Animon Bana].

I heard everything. A mayor who can't treat the villagers equally isn't a qualified leader. I don't think he'll be able to help us.

What is this [207312|Missing Persons List]? What good is it? Never mind, let's go back to the inn first.

This mayor of a small village is so stubborn and rude!
