Teachings of the Black Codex

Give [118196|Black Codex Instructor] 3 [<S>202916|Guild Rune].

My organization, the Black Codex, has been operating for some time now. As adventurers find ever more Ancient Mementos, so does our understanding of forgotten knowledge from ages past grow.

But this is far from enough. We are on the precipice of understanding the big picture, but some pieces are still missing. If we want to understand everything about the ancients, we will require even more adventurers to provide us with sources to research.

It is in our power to impart unto you the transport spell known only to members of the Black Codex. All is required is a ceremony of intermediate complexity, and you will have mastered the art of transporting yourself to high-risk zones in the fastest way known.

If you are keen on learning it, bring me 3 [<S>202916|Guild Rune].

You have done well. We shall proceed with the ceremony at once.

You have a chance of obtaining [<S>202916|Guild Rune] each time you defeat a monster outside in the wild. Good luck.
