Actually, there is a third party inside the Fireboot fortress, in addition to the war and peace advocates. They maintain an indeterminate neutral stance. The neutral party isn't completely outside the war. They just don't participate in the arguments. They just act in defense of their position. If they are ordered to do something, they'll act accordingly, no matter where the orders came from. To put it simply, if the general requests that they send troops, they will send them.

If we wish to make sure that the neutral party doesn't support the general when he makes his move, we must use your special envoi post. With the pressure of the Human King and our lord, the neutral party shouldn't move with the general...In order to allow the neutral party to maintain their neutral attitude...I suggest you take some gifts and act with grandeur to increase the pressure on the party.

As for what would make a good gift... Go and take a walk around [ZONE_ENGHAN_GIANT_FOREST|Ingham's Forest] then go to [118464|Nukalin Ironspade] and have a try. I believe that you will be inspired, Special Envoy...

Your gift looks perfect! That...I will now wrap these things up and also...add some things.

Bringing gifts will express good intentions. Not only will it make difficult for the neutral party to refuse, it will also conceal the goal of our activities.
