Numbing Powder Ingredients

Help [119122|Kodina Macevan] collect 10 [<S>240622|Red Butterfly Dust] from the [<S>106045|Tergothen Red Butterflies].

I'm very sorry... but can I ask you to do me another favor? Of course if you can't help me, then there is nothing that can be done...

It's like this. When we are off on quests, we often use some special materials. One of these is numbing powder. Making it requires [240622|Red Butterfly Dust]. I am always so clumsy... I'm not good at these types of things... Can you help me again?

Ah! I am so happy... Thank you. Really thank you. You don't know how much you've done for me. It's a bit embarrassing. I hurt myself every time I try to catch [<S>106045|Tergothen Red Butterflies]... Now you've helped me collect so many portions. They will really ease my suffering!

Numbing powder is very useful. Even though it's original form is an item for making mischief, its temporary stunning effect has caused the Imperial Army to suffer many times. Of course they also know about numbing powder, but the stuff I use has been improved... Sigh, I'm sorry. Do I talk too much? You probably don't want to hear all this...
