The Best Tonic

Go to the shore next to the fishing harbor and bring [<S>240659|Sand Ripple Tortoise Shells] back to the mayor.

It looks like you don't have anything to do. Let me give you a job!

I heard that after a tortoise shell is ground up into powder it can be boiled with other medicinal materials to create a very nutritional tonic...

Also, I heard that the taste is quite good... !

Go and bring me some rippled tortoise shells. As mayor of this village, I will reward you for your efforts!

Oh no. Why do you move so slowly?!

However, since you brought these things back to me, please accept your reward!

Or should I deduct from your reward... ?

Why do you move so slowly?!

Or are you happy to see me, the village mayor get skinnier and skinnier!
