Felix's Relic

Find the [240806|Felix's Talisman] and return [120447|Tarhanis Silverbrand] this relic as a remembrance of his brother.

(He must be [120447|Tarhanis Silverbrand's] brother! He'll be sad to learn of his death...)

(Observe that his crest seems to have been pulled from his belt. It may have been stolen by a [106567|Dark Energy Guardian]. At least get the crest back for [120447|Tarhanis Silverbrand], to remember his brother by.)

You say...Felix is dead...

(Give the [240806|Felix's Talisman] to [120447|Tarhanis Silverbrand].)

How can this be? How can this be? Damn! I'll wipe out all of the [<S>106567|Dark Energy Guardians]! I must avenge his death!
