Enter the upper level of [ZONE_KORM_DOME|Korum Dome] and get [120984|Yakrumen's] sword, the [242035|Kaya Blade]. If the weapon has been locked away, the guard probably has a key.

Weapons made of Icesteel are incredibly powerful. As long as they are kept in a cold environment, they will not lose much of their power, this is why its appearance hasn't changed much. It's not like the [242035|Kaya Blade] is a piece of rusty metal, but I believe the [107088|Gray King Sheluud] is not able to use it properly, so it has probably been locked away in the upper level of [ZONE_KORM_DOME|Korum Dome].
