Visitors from the Deep

Find and destroy the [107126|Beetle Nest]. Help [121419|Dios Pak] to reduce the number of [107475|Giant Rockden Beetle].

We tried to destroy the [121688|Beetle Nest] next to the outpost, but the vermin are beyond number. They just keep coming!

The critters are probably emerging from a lair deep in the forest. If we are able to locate the [121688|Beetle Nest], we can smoke the lot of them out in one go!

But unfortunately we cannot send men on this task, since we cannot abandon our duty here at the outpost. Or maybe...Commander, why don't you report our situation to <CY>Officer Diery</CY>? We'd be much obliged!

As soon as we found out about the giant insects, we started trying to strengthen the number of guards and the radius of their patrol.

We still have to get to the root of the problem, of course. Our researchers assume that the <CY>earth flow</CY> is responsible, and currently that's the best explanation we have.

The safety of the locals is our chief responsibility! We really shouldn't be bothering you!
