Greetings, my name is [121888|Kulkes], I'm the strategist of the Panilor. I've been talking to [121874|Kazalo] about the war strategy, and obviously we come to the same conclusions. We should hit the enemy where he is weakest, which would be the [<S>107507|Zurhidon Disciples] in our current situation.

Winning a battle is important...but if we were able to cut off or capture his supplies, that would be decisive! Currently a lot of our forces are occupied at the Wylant border. Our equipment could use some improvement, so it would tremendously helpful if they'd deliver us their weapons.

The troops will be overjoyed by the sight of so many weapons!

If we strike successfully, we'll be able to make some progress on the front.
