A Reverse of Fortunes

Help [122324|Hanna Rey] collect 10 of the [107725|Shielded Punisher's] [<S>242655|Flaming Cores].

The current misfortunes of the Alliance are completely understandable and the materials I require are not those that the Alliance can provide...To make an even stronger Magic Bullet, one suitable for use by the general populace, I'll need to use a material rich in Fire Elemental Power... Only a Guardian Core fused with Fire Elemental Power will do the job.

[<S>107725|Shielded Punishers] are made using this core fusion technique. If I could get my hands on their [242655|Flaming Core], I could significantly increase the power of my magic bullets.
Those are my thoughts. I'm just telling you this in the hopes that you'll think up a solution to my problems. Otherwise there was no point in my coming.

[242655|Flaming Core]...hmm. The design is top-flight. The elements not only provide a mechanical energy source, but also enhance mechanical strike force. The energy transfer between these two mechanisms is pristine.

If we could produce these things on an industrial scale...we could start a revolution.
