Curious... I've seen the People of the Scarlet Blaze using these [<S>242953|Rune Weapons] with my own eyes. Why do they stop working as soon as I touch them?

We'll keep some of this [242984|Clean Water] for the camp and trade the rest with the People of the Scarlet Blaze for runes. Honorable Mate, give the water to [122894|Kamula Ley]. He'll know what to do with it.

Now that we managed to get our hands on the runes, we're almost out of the woods - even though the runes aren't the kind I'd expected. We'll just have to change the construction a bit. I'll begin the new plans immediately!
