First Mate! <CY>Robert</CY> has discovered a [123166|Weapons Altar] near <CY>Mezzmillo's Domicile</CY>. There's a strange runic energy surrounding it... If you ask me, it's rather ominous.

We've had absolutely no chance to find a weak point in the enemy's defenses, and certainly haven't been able to proceed with our research. That's why I'm hoping we can count on first mate's assistance. Please, give this [123166|Weapons Altar] a thorough investigation.

Oh...it looks like the people of the <CY>Scarlet Blaze</CY> know how to manufacture runes into their weapons to increase their power!

But the runes they're using are very old, and I reckon the technology they're using to exploit them will be entirely alien to us.
