Collect 10 [<S>123087|Rusty Iron Axes] which are sullying [123078|Yalitus'] lake.

I don't know when it started, but people have been throwing objects into the lake. One day, as I became enraged and appeared, the people who had just thrown something into the lake said "Lady of the lake, be calm! The axe we threw into the lake is not of silver or gold, but of iron."

Can you find out what they meant by that? Is it some kind of ceremony?

Time rages on and the objects thrown into the lake are slowly mounting, the soil becoming ever dirtier. Can you find an answer? Unfortunately I have no idea where you could start looking...
