As long as the contents are harmless. Well, I suppose you went to great troubles to get the logbooks. Okay, if you want to look at them, help yourself! If you find anything interesting, maybe the captain can... ah what! I'm just talking to myself. Go ahead, get reading, before I change my mind.

The people here are simply too lazy to talk. They might have assured us we could ask any questions we wanted, but in reality they just play dumb whenever we ask anything. Or they avoid us. That really gets my hackles up. This battered and torn up logbook is perhaps the only way we have to learn any clues.
