The Hope of Victory

Collect 10 [<S>243207|Water Spheres of the Seer] from the [<S>108838|Mudfin Seers] and prove that you're capable of defeating the [SC_Z32_SEAFOOD|Tiktaaliks].

Even if I were to help you, you'll never defeat the [SC_Z32_SEAFOOD|Tiktaaliks]! Haven't you learned anything from the tragedy at the [ZONE_SCOUT_RIDGE|Chalk Canyon Outpost]? I spent years working on the fortifications at the [ZONE_SCOUT_RIDGE|Chalk Canyon Outpost], but what did it matter? They were overrun as if they weren't even there. My family... my hope... all gone. Can't you see that?

Hmph! If I'm supposed to rely on you to avenge my family, then you'll have to offer me something at least equal to that in return! Head into the [ZONE_PUTTY_WETLANDS|Chalk Wetlands] and bring me some [<S>243207|Water Spheres of the Seer] from the [SC_Z32_SEAFOOD|Tiktaaliks'] weapons. Then we'll talk again!

You're absolutely mad putting your life on the line for something like that! I didn't mean it literally.

Does that mean... there really are people out there who want a stubborn old fool like me around?

You'll never manage it. Not even a fool would wander blindly into enemy territory looking for something like that.
