Suspicions

Go to the [ZONE_SPLITWATER_FRONT|Cape of Veiled Mists] and get in touch with Captain [123681|Philander Simon].

[110167|Daris] already explained in detail in her letter why you're here. For the time you're in Kolydia you can pose as a member of the [SC_Z32FALCON|Falcon Regiment]. We've got a good reputation. That should make things easier for you, and afford you certain benefits.

But I also need to apologize to you. Not because <CY>Bodwin</CY> demoted you into becoming a runner, but because I announced that you're here to help [ZONE_WINDBRINE_CASTLE|Brinewind Castle] in liberating the region.

Maybe it sounds like I'm just trying to take advantage of you and draw you into this war. But the fact is that a lot of what [110167|Daris] wrote in her letter seems to explain the current problems affecting [ZONE_WINDBRINE_CASTLE|Brinewind Castle]. It's all somehow connected to the information we've managed to gather. Indeed, I suspect that spies have been responsible for tipping the balance in certain skirmishes. That's why I personally hope that you'll begin investigating matters regarding [ZONE_WINDBRINE_CASTLE|Brinewind Castle].

If you want to know how far the investigations have come, you should start with [123681|Philander Simon] at the [ZONE_SPLITWATER_FRONT|Cape of Veiled Mists]. According to our reports, there have been some curious incidents involving the pirates.

([123681|Philander Simon] looks at you with contempt.)

So [123537|Tocharis Rummond] sent you here? Do you think this is some kind of a game? You may very well be celebrated as a hero in your lands, but don't go thinking you're some kind of guarantor for world justice.

([123681|Philander Simon] looks at you with scorn.)
