The [RESTLESS_SONS|Inexorable League] have put together an impressive arsenal of combat gear in the [ZONE_CLEAVERS_GRIP|Reaper's Horn]. It's possible that they're training fighters here.

We should burn this gear and take the sting out of their tail, otherwise we could find ourselves with a protracted and costly battle on our hands against even more recruits when they use this equipment to repel the [HAND_OF_BALANCE|Hand of Balance].
