Energy Fluctuations

Make your way to the [ZONE_EAST_OVERLOOK_POST|Observation Post on the East Coast] and use the [208386|Magic Analyzer] nearby to measure the Energy Fluctuations. When the reading is complete, take the results to [124190|Hoargen Bentl].

You've probably already noticed that the area near the [ZONE_EAST_OVERLOOK_POST|Observation Post on the East Coast] has been greatly changed due to the [RESTLESS_SONS|Inexorable League's] experiments. The jungle that was there originally has now become a canyon. This process is very unusual, so I want to record data on energy fluctuations in this transformed region.

I'd like to ask you for help in this regard. Take this [208386|Magic Analyzer] to the [ZONE_EAST_OVERLOOK_POST|Observation Post on the East Coast], start taking measurements, and bring them back to me when they are complete. In the meantime, I'll get to work collecting data here in the immediate vicinity. You only have to deal with the readings near the [ZONE_EAST_OVERLOOK_POST|Observation Post on the East Coast]. This is your responsibility.

Hm, very nice. The needle on the [208386|Magic Analyzer] is going mad. Clearly, the Rune Energy in this area is extremely strong. I will use this energy to conduct comprehensive studies.

Thank you for your help, noble Hero.

The [ZONE_EAST_OVERLOOK_POST|Observation Post on the East Coast] is so heavily guarded that I couldn't possibly access it myself. So I'd like to ask you to gather data there for me.
