The Truth about the Displacement Spell

Meet with [124393|Aydan Highlander] at the [ZONE_THE_PEAK|Snow Fortress] in order to assist with his plans.

After I promised that the [HAND_OF_BALANCE|Hand of Balance] would do everything in its power to protect the Minotaurs, [124392|Northin] told me that the [ZONE_THE_PEAK|Snow Fortress] was not only the Minotaurs' base but also an important place for the [RESTLESS_SONS|Inexorable League] to conduct its ceremonies.

Before <CS>Cibel</CS> could escape she made references to a "displacement ritual". That reminded me of the Ritual of Sealing and the [ZONE_RITUAL_CANYON|Vale of Rites] on [ZONE_TUSKE_ISLAND|Tasuq]. I assume that she has retreated to the [ZONE_FROSTSABER_UPLAND|Ice Blade Plateau] above the [ZONE_THE_PEAK|Snow Fortress]. Additionally, we know that the [RESTLESS_SONS|Inexorable League] also sent Zeyj there to secure the spatial magic core from [ZONE_CLUHISS_ISLAND|Korris]. That's why I suspect that Cibel is trying to perform another spatial transfer with the help of the spatial magic core.

I already spoke with [124391|Arlya] abut the origin of the transferred spaces. We verified that there have not been any indications of exceptional changes to the landscapes of the [ZONE_DUSTBLOOM CANYON|Dust Devil Canyon] and the [ZONE_HYBORA HIGHLANDS|Ystra Highlands] on [ZONE_YGGNO LAND|Candara]. That's why we believe that the spatial transfer magic of the [RESTLESS_SONS|Inexorable League] transferred the space from another parallel world here.

If that is true and Cibel manages to complete the ritual, there's the danger that the members of the [HAND_OF_BALANCE|Hand of Balance] on [ZONE_CLUHISS_ISLAND|Korris] will be transferred to another parallel world. I absolutely must personally report to [124393|Aydan Highlander] about the seriousness of the matter.

He should be with [124391|Arlya] at the [ZONE_THE_PEAK|Snow Fortress] now, keeping an eye on the Minotaurs. I will go there to plan our next move with him. Please come as soon as you're able to and help us out.

[124390|Kerley Hill] hurried to us to make a detailed report. I don't understand much about magic and such matters, but I certainly understood that we have to stop [100035|Cibel], or else it will be the end of the [HAND_OF_BALANCE|Hand of Balance]!
