The Red Mask of Corruption

Collect some [<S>243466|Dilapidated Crystals] from the area around the [ZONE_THE_PEAK|Snow Fortress] and give them to [124367|Alderan Melarz] for his research.

A large number of magic red crystals have appeared near the [ZONE_THE_PEAK|Snow Fortress], just like in the [ZONE_IMPASSABLE_VALLEY|Valley of No Return] on [ZONE_TUSKE_ISLAND|Tasuq]. They seem to be the source of this corruption.

I'd be grateful if you could bring me a few of these [<S>243466|Dilapidated Crystals] so I can have a chance to analyze them. Once you've done that, I should be able to develop a remedy against the corruption.

These [<S>243466|Dilapidated Crystals] are the result of an extremely high concentration of corrupting energy. In structure they are very reminiscent of the primal liquid found in of deadly poisons.

If a creature were to absorb such a huge concentration of energy all at once, it wouldn't stand a chance. I can't imagine what these corrupted creatures must feel... nor what their final fate will be...

I certainly owe you a great deal of gratitude. I'll do my utmost to develop a remedy.
