There's an ice fairy in the [ZONE_FROST_OUTPOST|Frost Camp], also known as the [109375|Frost Camp Sympathizer]. Apparently, she's the very embodiment of Cibel's right hand. Our scouts have managed to ascertain that she takes control in the [ZONE_FROST_OUTPOST|Frost Camp] when Cibel travels to the [ZONE_FROSTSABER_UPLAND|Ice Blade Plateau].

If we could kill her, we'd plunge this [RESTLESS_SONS|Inexorable League] camp into chaos, and we'd deal a serious blow to Cibel herself.
