Mission: Canine Bandits

Help [124538|Dabolo], the [HAND_OF_BALANCE|Hand of Balance] scout at the [ZONE_GALE_GATE|Stormwatch], to eliminate the Canine Bandits.

The Canine Bandits from the [ZONE_GALE_GATE|Stormwatch] might not be in direct conflict with the [HAND_OF_BALANCE|Hand of Balance], but they have submitted to the [RESTLESS_SONS|Inexorable League]. So we can never know whether they'll be forced to attack us one day.

For this reason, we should decimate the number of Canine Bandits. Should these bandits attack us at a later point, out elite troops will be able to subdue them more easily.

Excellent! If we deplete their people's numbers a bit, they should no longer be betrayed into launching a large-scale counterattack.

I will follow the Canine Bandits' actions from here. If so much as a blade of grass stirs, I'll report it immediately.
