The Goals of the Inexorable League

Help [124627|Liban Wariff], scout of the [HAND_OF_BALANCE|Hand of Balance], by acquiring some [243555|Requirements Lists] from the [109728|Inexorable League Envoys] or the [109729|Kaa Storekeepers].

Our scouts have managed to ascertain that the [RESTLESS_SONS|Inexorable League] are communicating with the Naga using nothing but ordinary letters. The letters are encoded with simple magic, to make sure the Naga aren't overwhelmed. Unfortunately, they're using mysterious symbols to verify their authenticity.

I'd like you to acquire some [243555|Requirements Lists] from the [109728|Inexorable League Envoys] or the [109729|Kaa Storekeepers]. Hopefully we'll be able to find out what sort of supplies they're demanding, and how often they're coming in. Better yet, we'd be able to work out how these authentication symbols work. Then we could prepare our own faked letters and cause some serious confusion between the Naga and the [RESTLESS_SONS|Inexorable League].

Thanks for your assistance!

The [RESTLESS_SONS|Inexorable League] really know how to live it large. Just look at this list of supplies they've demanded recently. Everything from luxury foods to consumables and even toys!

Wait... that's strange. Could these entries be the secret symbols they've been using to authenticate the messages? Hmm... I need to take a closer look at them.
