This item increases the power level of a weapon to +1 (100%). If the weapon's power level is already +1 or higher, there is a chance to increase its power level by 1 level. For character level 1-50.
Increases the power level of a level 1- 50 weapon up to +9. If the upgrade process fails, the weapon will remain at least at power level 1.
