It's quiet. This is the third day since meeting the Guardian on the ancient path.

After the death of countless companions, the Guardian finally stopped and stared motionless into the distance.

I still suspect that he may crush us with one breath at any moment, but he hasn't yet... He is still at the moment, perhaps his energy is depleted.
